Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization's staffing needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates
  • Coordinate and manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers
  • Continuously improve and update recruitment processes
  • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment metrics
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • English C1/C2
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
  • Experience in a specific industry is a plus
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a plus
