This position will cover roles in Europe and USA.
 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to the Senior Director, People Operations and as part of your tasks you will be responsible for directly contributing to the culture of the organization by filling critical roles with high level talent. This role will work closely with hiring managers and team members to develop job descriptions and hiring strategies to attract the best candidates.  

 

What will you do?  

  • Manage the Lifecycle Recruiting Process 

  • Ambassador for Velsera, as the first contact with candidates 

  • Conduct intake meetings with the Hiring Manager, to include finalization of the job description. 

  • Conduct reference checks for chosen candidates. 

  • Ensure completion of all onboarding details and documents 

  • Coordinate scheduling candidates with executive administrator for on-site visits 

  • Prepare weekly recruitment reports. 

  • Source quality candidates, meeting the needs of the hiring manager. 

  • Post roles to relevant sites, manage candidate flow and updates. 

  • Participate in orientation as needed and be a backup facilitator. 

  • Ad hoc reports and projects as assigned. 

  • Manage agency recruiters as needed. 

 

What do you bring to the table? 

  • 2+ years of life cycle technical recruiting experience 

  • Experience with HRIS, Workday a + 

  • 2+ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter 

  • 2+ Experience with an ATS 

  • Organized and detailed oriented 

  • Process oriented 

  • Intuitive in determining candidate fit. 

  • Can keep items confidential. 

  • Track record of follow through  

  • Active listener 

  • Ability to ask probing questions. 

  • Strong communication skills
