Sr. Instructional Designer
The salary range for this role is $72,300 to $90,000 annually*

 

Overview:

As a Sr. Instructional Designer, you will play a vital role in creating impactful and modern learning solutions for our Team Members. This role blends creativity and technical expertise to design and develop engaging learning materials, ensuring our Team Members excel in their roles. By leveraging your instructional design skills and tools, you will craft dynamic learning experiences that drive both individual and organizational success.

The Details:

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in instructional design, assessment development, and learning technology
  • Expertise in instructional design tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and LMS capabilities
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (preferred)
  • Retail store operations experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience of AI generate 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose learning needs and recommend solutions
  • Design rich content, activities, and assessments to meet learning objectives
  • Develop engaging training materials using multimedia tools and methods (e-learning, ILT, vILT)
  • Implement assessment strategies to measure training effectiveness
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure a positive learner experience
  • Support delivery personnel with clear communication of design methodology
  • Drive continuous improvement in instructional design processes and tools

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Motion Array, and Cava
  • Time management and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service abilities
  • Experience in designing collaborative and social learning solutions

 

*This is an exempt role, paid a salary wage.
