The Specialty Sales Representative will drive territory sales objectives by engaging with healthcare professionals. This role involves educating physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers about products and services while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales targets
  • Meet call objectives with healthcare professionals
  • Conduct educational discussions using clinical data across multiple indications
  • Navigate complex healthcare systems and organizations
  • Develop and execute territory business plans
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and sample accountability
  • Operate within assigned budgets
  • Complete required training and maintain product knowledge
  • Comply with industry regulations and company policies
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Address market access considerations within territory

Required Qualifications Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Healthcare-related degree preferred

Experience:

  • 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
  • Specialty therapeutic area experience preferred
  • Healthcare background is an asset
