The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and be part of a dynamic and successful recruiting team that has doubled the size of HealthEdge in recent yearsThe TA team is a trusted business partner to our internal customers and will be expected to advise and guide managers through the full recruitment lifecycleWith a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience, the successful addition to our team will focus on a balance of what the organization needs and what a potential employee wants. 

About Center of Excellence: 

Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Listen to and collaborate with hiring managers to understand position needs and requirements 
  • Work with hiring managers to understand the business drivers that lead to an open position 
  • Partner effectively with the finance team to communicate timing of potential hires and address budgetary concerns 
  • Effectively set and manage timing expectations with transparency for both managers and candidates 
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, job fairs, referrals, and other creative candidate sourcing strategies 
  • Track and report applicant flow and recruiting metrics 
  • Must have the ability to maintain multiple roles (10-15+) with high efficiency and uncompromised quality 

 
 

What you bring: 

  • 8+ years of experience as a key contributor in a fast-paced, software development environment with proven, progressive responsibility handling busy requisition loads 
  • Your career has been largely focused on recruiting for technical roles specific to software development with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the roles that exist within a software organization 
  • Using high EQ, you can understand the nuances of each role, the team dynamics, and the motivators for the candidates you work with 
  • You are an advisor and coach to your hiring managers, helping them understand the needs of the position and the factors to consider in hiring 
  • You like a puzzle and get great satisfaction from putting together the right candidate with the right role. You are passionate about people and building teams that together create a great work environment 
  • You contribute to building the brand of the company with each interaction with potential candidates 
  • You are an all-star communicator who maintains constant and effective contact with both your managers and candidates 
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and empathetic.You consistently follow-up on tasks and are not afraid to track down people to help solve problems.  
  • You operate with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a focus on quality work 
  • You are a consummate team player who believes that there is no “I” in Team. 
  • You believe that a diverse workforce fosters collaboration and innovation and you seek candidates to contribute to that goal of diversity of thought and experience 
  • Minimum of 8 years (more preferred) in a technical recruiter position with experience recruiting for software engineering positions 
  • High level of comfort with ATS tools (iCIMS as a bonus) and TA metrics 
  • High level of comfort using talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
