What You'll Do:

  • Connect with active and passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. 

  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and communicate effectively with your team. 

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, understanding individual needs. 

  • Manage the hiring process, including compensation negotiations. 

  • Cultivate relationships with your candidates and employees to obtain referrals. 

  • Embrace our core values in this collaborative environment. 

Experience/Skills:

  • 4+ years experience as a healthcare recruiter 

  • School staffing experience preferred 

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation package: $45-50k + commission plan + up to $20k first year bonus potential
