Influence strategy and growth in a rising health technology company through promoting and selling company products and services to your existing physician book of business and other referral sources. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for leveraging existing clinical and physician relationships. Optimum performance and productivity in developing key accounts to achieve maximum sales growth and profitability.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Achieve Revenue and Drive Growth:
- Leverage existing relationships.
- Meeting productivity metrics, inputs daily account activity and data and promotes efficiency in daily sales calls
- Taking advantage of Data to target accounts and expand the territory
- Reviewing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and develop an appropriate strategy to achieve the company's sales goals
- Expanding our presence, opportunities, and prospects in a continuously growing market place
Account Management:
- Building strong client relationships contacts: physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, office managers, referral coordinators, medical assistances, sleep labs, sleep techs, etc. to maintain your current book of business and acquire new customers
- Organizing and leading "zoom" meetings, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintaining and scheduling/coordinating in-services, and delivers presentations to existing and prospective physician offices and facilities
- Communicating with physician offices and clinics to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all physician and patient requests
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs (COVID-19 and other comorbid factors)
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the physician office's needs and desires
- Acting as the client's representative to ensure that their requests are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Leveraging business acumen and given product knowledge to develop effective value propositions
- Maintaining company image through professional and effective customer interactions
- Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Participating in trade shows and conventions as appropriate
Territory Management:
- Making 8-12 sales calls per day with key decision-makers and entering them into the database daily
- Timely and accurate submission of expense reports, territory business plans, and additional administrative requirements
- 80-90% in the territory making face-to-face sales calls, conducting in-services or presentations
- Organizing and execute sales meetings and activity within company budget guidelines
- Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company operations.
- Weekly reports to company leadership: referrals, activity, notes, new doctors, etc.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent combination or education and experience.
- Minimum 25 direct physician relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM, Teams)
- Experience selecting and overseeing external vendors and outsourced partnerships
