This is a remote position ONLY for United States 

Schedule: Flexible with availability to respond to calls and messages between 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday. 15 hours a week. 

Responsibilities:

Clinical Support

● Conduct follow-up visits with patients (15-minute phone calls + 5 minutes for charting).

● Schedule follow-ups and maintain up-to-date patient flow sheets.

● Send text check-ins to patients and document responses in patient notes.

Customer Service

● Respond promptly to emails, texts, and phone calls (texts within 2 hours).

● Address complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

● Answer basic medical questions about mild to moderate side effects, dosing, and lifestyle education.

● Monitor and report severe non-emergency reactions to the medical provider immediately; refer emergencies to the ER and notify the provider.

● Manage the status of patient orders and invoices for memberships and products.

Requirements:

Active RN License: Must be licensed in one of the following states under the RN multistate licensure compact: Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Iowa.

Technology: High-speed internet, a working computer, and a smartphone.

Skills:

○ Preferred: Experience in the field of weight loss and weight loss injections

○ Excellent communication and grammar.

○ Strong soft skills, with the ability to de-escalate situations.

○ Clear and concise writing and verbal instructions.

○ Proficiency in basic tech tools (Google Docs, spreadsheets, email, texting).

○ Quick learner who is easy to reach during work hours.
