Job Summary – This role is responsible for meeting hiring objectives by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates for non-high volume and high-volume positions.  The recruiter can support various departments such as Corporate, Frontline, Customer Care Center, Specialty, etc.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and effectively partner with hiring managers to establish and meet business objectives

  • Responsible for hiring and sourcing talent to fill open positions with quality candidates within established time frames 

  • Responsible for setting expectations with business partners by driving accountability to strategically plan for workforce needs

  • Accountable for meeting key recruiting metrics with the goal of meeting established business objectives (e.g., time-to-submit, source-of-hire, manager experience and satisfaction, etc.)

  • Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates, align on business needs and ensure business needs are met

  • Evaluate internal and external recruiting practices and market conditions to identify ways to continuously improve 

  • Build strong, collaborative, relationships with business leaders to aid in the continuous improvement of processes, maintain alignment of business objectives, and overcome challenges though partnership

  • Responsible for accurate and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System to track the interviewing and hiring process and post jobs as needed 

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting and/or specializing in a designated area of the recruiting process (I.e. sourcing, screening, consulting with hiring managers throughout interview process, etc.)

  • Take ownership of candidate experience by effectively managing job postings, job descriptions, meeting required SLAs, etc.

Required Experience

  • Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition 

  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools

  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams

  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Experience with resume databases and ATS (Workday experience highly preferred)

  • Knowledge of recruitment and employment best practices and strategies 

  • Knowledge and skill with behaviorally-based interview techniques 

  • Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or face-to-face

  • Key Competencies: Strategic and critical thinking skills, written and verbal communication, time management, organizational skills

Formal Education Qualifications or Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field strong preferred

    • And/or

  • 1+ years working in a Talent Acquisition Function

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
