We are seeking a Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for finding top talent. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. 
  • Handle high-volume hiring across multiple departments. 
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking. 
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess fit. 
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide an excellent candidate experience. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs. 
  • Use the ATS to track applicants and generate reports on recruitment metrics. 
  • Support diversity recruitment strategies. 
  • Promote employer branding at events and through social media. 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments. 
  • Quick learner with organizational and communication skills. 
  • Experience using ATS and other recruiting tools. 
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on delivering results.

Salary Range
