Summary:

As a Public Relations Specialist in a company within our network, you will be responsible for managing the organization's public image and reputation through strategic communication initiatives. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, building relationships with media outlets, coordinating public relations campaigns, and effectively communicating key messages to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic public relations plans for brand enhancement
  • Cultivate relationships with media professionals, write communication materials
  • Coordinate media engagements, monitor coverage, manage crises, and collaborate cross-functionally for content development
  • Measure and report on PR effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven 2-3 experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related role.
  • C1/C2 English proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and adapt to different audiences.
  • Strong media relations skills, with a network of media contacts and knowledge of media landscape and trends.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in public relations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate and manage challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of crisis management principles and experience in handling sensitive or high-pressure situations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage media databases.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
