Our client, a HNW Businessman based in the Bahamas, requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable Personal / Executive Assistant to support him with a dynamic personal and business lifestyle split between the Bahamas and the UK.
Working predominantly on personal support but alongside the EA across business needs, the ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and possess a proactive approach to managing diverse responsibilities.
This is a remote position, preferably based in or near London, where flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate communication across time zones (Bahamas and UK) and overseeing the London residence, the role would require you to attend the property when required and when the principal in is London.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Travel Coordination:
- Plan and organize complex travel itineraries for both business and leisure purposes.
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, excursions, and other travel-related arrangements.
- Ensure all travel logistics are seamless and meet the principal’s preferences.
Bahamas Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison with the on-the-ground team in the Bahamas to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Oversee tasks and updates related to the Bahamas operations, ensuring alignment with the principal’s objectives.
Property Management (UK):
- Coordinate property-related matters, including maintenance, service providers, and general oversight.
- Act as the primary point of contact for property management needs.
Schedule Management:
- Organize and maintain the principal’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for all commitments.
General Assistance:
- Handle various personal and business-related tasks as needed, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and responsibilities, adapting to the principal’s evolving needs.
Candidates must be / have:
• Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency/Understand of Financial Markets is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A pleasant and professional demeanor, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Fluency in additional languages (Italian or Greek) is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
