MSP Account Executive (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a talented MSP Account Executive to drive our sales growth within the cybersecurity industry. We are a leading provider of cybersecurity incident response and detection technologies, offering enterprise-level cybersecurity tools that enhance the security of servers and endpoints.

Job Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique cybersecurity needs.
• Clearly articulate the value of our cybersecurity products and services to clients through compelling presentations.
• Analyze client cybersecurity requirements, identify vulnerabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop detailed proposals that outline recommended solutions, pricing, implementation plans, and support.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Ideal Background:

• Proven ability to identify and engage mid-market and enterprise leads through high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar) for pipeline management.
• Adaptability to the fast-paced environment of a mature startup.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity products and services sales experience (from an MSP preferred).
• Experience in SaaS sales, particularly in SDR or BDR roles, is a plus.
