Title: Junior Tax Accountant
Location: Liverpool/Manchester – (fully remote role but must be based in Liverpool or Manchester area)
Salary:£35,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Tax and Statutory Accounts Manager to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services, that will increase firm’s reputation. You will serve as business advisor to our clients, using your astuteness to achieve qualitative outcomes while maximising engagement.
In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax management while also playing a key role in the preparation and drafting of statutory accounts. Your expertise in tax compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements will be essential to ensure our organisation remains in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
About you
· A drive to make a difference.
· 1+ years of experience in tax accounting, including a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.
· Proven experience in financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work on several clients at one time.
· Right to live and work in the UK
