Job Summary:
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to create, maintain, and evaluate innovative training solutions tailored to the needs of our boutique fitness franchise network. The Instructional Designer role is critical to ensuring that franchisees, studio managers, and frontline employees receive effective, engaging, and scalable training that drives operational excellence, brand consistency, and profitability. An ideal candidate blends experience, enthusiasm, creativity and the ability to work collaboratively to create learner-focused content that aligns with organizational goals. This role is based in the Xponential Fitness Headquarters located in Irvine, California.
