Veterinarian Recommended Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Health Coach (Veterinary Industry) to join our dynamic customer relations team! Candidates will be responsible for educating and promoting VRS products via the telephone in order to achieve sales targets. We welcome current and former Veterinary Technicians looking for new opportunities in the Animal Health field.

Core Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Sell VRS products in order to achieve and/or exceed the target sales goals for products through veterinary education, promotion, and communication of nutritional program guidelines.


• Deliver excellent customer service via telephone to all inbound and outbound veterinary product callers.


• Answer inquiries and provide information about a VRS supplementation program as recommended by the veterinary care provider.


• Provide courteous and knowledgeable veterinary pet nutritional product related guidance.


• Display professional, courteous, and efficient communication through both inbound and outbound sources, including face-to-face, telephone, and email.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a healthcare or veterinary related field preferred; Bachelor's Degree preferred.


• 1+ year of customer service experience in a veterinary or health care related industry preferred.


• 1+ year of inside sales work experience in a high volume call center setting preferred.


• Working knowledge of pet nutriceutical supplements preferred but can be trained.


• Proficient in MS Office.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
