Provide family support, parent education, child development information, services coordination and crisis intervention for families. Ensure parent/child interaction and foster the child's development. Provide quality services in accordance with Child Development Services Performance Standards, licensing regulations, and WOCAP Policies & Procedures. Home Based Teacher will ensure that all children receive required health and health related services by connecting them to resources providing follow up support services, and identifying and removing barriers to needed services. This includes expectations that Home-Based Teacher will transport families to appointments, report difficulties to supervisors in writing and ensure follow up within 30 days.

Qualifications:
Preferred: Associates degree in early childhood education or related field
Minimum: CDA (Child Development Associate), Must obtain a home base CDA within 1 year
