WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Provide virtual cardiac recovery service for up to 50 patients

- Craft individualized care plans that resonate with patients' physical, mental, and emotional realms.

- Design asynchronous exercise regimens based on patients' unique needs.

- Facilitate weekly virtual touchpoints to assess and refine patient progress throughout a 6-month span.

- Harness health data and effective coaching techniques, such as motivational interviewing, to instill transformative behaviors in patients.

- Prioritize patient safety with a system for real-time issue escalation.

- Seamlessly collaborate with a comprehensive clinical team and partner health entities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

- A forward-thinking attitude and a zest for redefining the cardiac rehab experience.

- Proven background in cardiac rehab, health, and overall wellness.

- Command over Cardiac Rehab benchmarks and best practices (AACVPR, ACSM, NB-HWC).

- Proficiency with modern cardiac rehabilitation tech tools.

- Stellar communication skills across a spectrum of platforms (video, chat, SMS).

- Readiness for quarterly face-to-face team meet-ups.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

- Recognized degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related specialty.

- 5+ years in the clinical arena.

- Key certifications: AACVPR or ACSM (and the willingness to acquire the other within 6 months).

- Wellness coaching credentials from an NBHWC-sanctioned program.

- Valid BLS certification.
