Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of both print and digital mediums, coupled with a love for the outdoors. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development within a collaborative environment that values creativity and a keen eye for the details. Additionally, animation and motion graphic skills would be considered a valuable asset in this role.


 


Responsibilities:

 



  1. Design Creation: Develop visually compelling designs for both print and digital mediums, including but not limited to product manuals, brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, and email campaigns.

  2. Concept Development: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that align with project objectives and target audience.

  3. Execution: Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery while adhering to brand guidelines.

  4. File Preparation: Prepare print-ready files with meticulous attention to detail, including proper color profiles, bleeds, and trim marks.

  5. Digital Optimization: Optimize digital designs for various platforms and devices, considering factors such as resolution, file size, and responsiveness.

  6. Animation & Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics or short animations for digital marketing materials, as needed.

  7. Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.

  8. Asset Management: Maintain organized files and documentation, including version control and asset libraries, to facilitate efficient workflow and collaboration.

  9. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and digital media.


 


Qualifications:

 



  1. 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

  3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

  4. Familiarity with both print production processes and digital design best practices.

  5. Animation skills using software such as After Effects or similar tools would be a valuable asset.

  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

  7. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.

  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  9. Portfolio showcasing previous print and digital design work.
