The Family Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, screening and enrolling foster and treatment families. Transitional Living Foster Care will be responsible for the recruitment of Host Homes rather than treatment or foster families.
Essential Functions:
Qualifications (Minimum Job Requirements):
Education: Minimum Associate’s degree. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in communications/ marketing/ human services fields.
Experience: Two years experience in marketing/ sales/ public relations/ communication. Knowledge of foster care a plus.
Specific skills/abilities: Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups or crowds. Must have excellent communication skills –written and verbal (one-on-one, groups and public speaking). Possess strong promotional and advertising skills. Be highly organized, goal/productivity driven and self-motivated. Well-versed in various levels and requirements of foster care, or ability to learn them in detail. Minimum of 21 years of age and must possess a valid driver’s license.
