Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Executive Assistant to join our team! In this role you will get to Discover a career that is challenging, impactful, and mission-critical. Join our team as an Executive Assistant and make an impact on our customer. While you help us advance the mission, we’ll help advance your career. This position is a remote but there will be a need to go into the Pentagon for meetings.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide complex administrative support for two General Managers, including calendar management with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Manage domestic and international travel scheduling end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of logistics and itineraries.
  • Process expense reports in a timely manner, as well as interim approve their Directs’ expense reports.
  • Maintain organizational charts, team aliases, other administrative projects as assigned
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the other business administrators within CELA and across Microsoft.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for Rhythm of Business and recurring team meetings for the GMs.
  • Support formatting and design for PowerPoint as needed.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • TS/SCI government clearance
  • 5 years experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working with executives
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: 

$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
