Responsibilities






  • Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and risk management framework 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers, promoting a culture of professional growth, operational excellence, and innovation 
  • Architect security infrastructure and consult with solutions owners to see that security designs are aligned with business needs 
  • Organize security technology roadmaps and manage key cybersecurity projects, ensuring they deliver value and enhance the security posture 
  • Lead the engineering aspect, focusing on integrating cybersecurity solutions across the organization, including SSO and other system integrations 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity considerations into the company’s strategic planning and daily operations

Qualifications






  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, business administration, risk management, or a related field  
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA preferred  
  • Minimum of 8 years of information security experience with a minimum of 3 years of management experience 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, incident response, and threat intelligence practices 
  • Extensive experience in the design and implementation of security architecture frameworks and standards 
  • Skilled in the integration of cybersecurity technologies, including SSO, encryption, and identity management solutions 
  • Knowledgeable about secure coding practices, application security, and the software development lifecycle 
  • Proficient in current and emerging cybersecurity technologies, cloud security architectures, and secure network design 
  • Understanding of risk management principles and their application to cybersecurity architectural decisions and engineering processes
