We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting, managing, and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records. You will support the team in various data-related tasks, providing critical information that helps drive business decisions and processes.
 
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various software systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies and correcting them.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly categorized.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Address any data-related issues or discrepancies promptly and escalate as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of database management and data entry tools.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40-50 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
