Job Title: Data Entry/Analysis Clerk
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry/Analysis Clerk to support our data management and analysis needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, as well as assisting with basic data analysis to support decision-making processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors when necessary.
Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks.
Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries for management.
Analyze data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical data files.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associateโs or bachelorโs degree in a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools.

Working Conditions:
