About the Role

HCF, Australia's Largest Not-For-Profit Health Insurer, is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Business Development Manager to join our team. The hybrid role will focus on developing new business opportunities within small and mid-size corporate clients, promoting HCF's Health and Life Insurance product offerings to their employees. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to target new corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within these organizations, particularly within HR departments.
  • Promote HCF's discounted health insurance offering to these organizations as a benefit for their employees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the wider team on opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, 2-4 years minimum.
  • Experience working in the health insurance industry or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Victoria and occasionally interstate
