Description

In this role, you will focus on executing Business results by offering options and finding solutions to drive success in growing our Virtual Card Supplier Base.

Job Requirements:

  • Work in an environment that requires outbound phone and email-based Supplier Recruiting
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, while staying engaged with our customers
  • Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills, displaying a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse Supplier base in a metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Supporting successful new solution and partnership launches, representing Supplier Experience from a Sales perspective
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; adaptive to change
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, demonstrating working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 2+ years of Financial Services and/or Sales Experience
  • 1+ years of customer interaction or customer support experience required
  • B2B Payables Industry Knowledge and Expertise
  • Computer experience required, utilizing multiple computer applications in a Windows-based environment
