ADMINISTRATIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT – PART-TIME REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

The Opportunity


We are thrilled to partner with our client in their search for an experienced Administrative/Personal Assistant to join their team.  The main function of this role is to support one of the owners in their day-to-day business and personal activities. This is a remote position requiring 2-3 hours per day, or between 40 to 60 hours a month.



Please note this role does require an individual to be available to work during regular business hours (preferably morning).


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions


  • Calendar management, including scheduling appointments, meetings, events; booking travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, reservations, etc.); and ensuring calendar is organized and up to date.

  • Email correspondence: draft responses and prioritize messages.

  • Conduct research for various projects and compile information as requested.

  • Draft, edit and prepare various documents, proofread reports and agreements.

  • Schedule personal appointments and create reminders.

  • Provide additional support and assistance as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Post Secondary education in Business or Administration preferred.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, Google Suites; experience with Yardi, Monday.com and Motion are assets.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks assigned.

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and grammatical skills.

  • Ability to handle information with discretion and the utmost confidentiality at all times.

Compensation and Benefits


  • Hourly compensation will be based on experience.
