Join a new Veeva product team in an exciting space, teaching our customers how to use our products. We’re looking for someone to create and maintain both training and documentation materials. You would be instrumental in helping our new offering scale and grow.
What You’ll Do
This role is responsible for creating the training and documentation deliverables of a new Veeva software offering. They will help form and build our catalog of content using Veeva best practices and technology where appropriate.
Customers using the new offering require training on the software and best practices. This role is responsible for delivering a robust online help site to quickly and efficiently bring customers up to speed and then keep them updated as new features are added.
A successful candidate in this role brings a strong background in user education for technical SaaS products. To be successful in this position, you will learn new skills at a quick pace to keep up with product enhancements and actively contribute to the ongoing innovation of our processes. Requirements
Excellent communication (written and oral) and research skills
Ability to manage your time effectively when faced with competing priorities
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
Experience with Git, and Markdown language
Experience using HUGO (or equivalent Static Site Generators)
Experience designing and developing Enterprise software-related documentation and training
Experience with rapid eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline (preferred) or Adobe Captivate

Working knowledge of the software development process and cloud software
Experience in an agile software development environment
Experience in writing for regulated industries - Life Sciences preferred

Compensation
Base pay: $65,000 - $110,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
