OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) – Market Expansion will play a crucial role in facilitating recruitment endeavors for both non-exempt and exempt positions within new plasma centers. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Market Expansion TA team and diverse Hiring Managers in support of innovative recruiting strategies supportive of hiring goals. This role demands frequent collaboration with TA team members, Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, necessitating proactive engagement and exceptional time management abilities. The selected candidate will play a primary role in Market Expansion TA support by delivering top-tier customer service and maintaining excellence in every stage of the recruitment process.

In addition to supporting team strategic partnerships and providing center support, this position is responsible for contributing to various team-enhancing projects and acting in an administrative capacity specific to labor market analysis, creating recruitment materials and landing pages, candidate sourcing, screening and interview scheduling, process improvement and other market expansion support activities. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment activities across new plasma centers, including supporting tailored Talent Acquisition Strategies for plasma centers.
  • Conduct market research and build in-depth Labor Market Analysis to identify market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights for the TA Market Expansion Team.
  • Utilize tools supportive of employer branding and employee recruitment activities on social media or other platforms.
  • Coordinate and organize hiring events and candidate experience activities to attract top talent.
  • Will schedule and host meetings specific to labor market recruitment strategy in new markets and conduct necessary training on TA related materials specific to new center TA partnerships.
  • Provide sourcing support specific to talent gaps and emerging trends within support areas, proactively establishing and coordinating sourcing channels to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects to streamline processes and devise strategies related to market expansion TA support.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, delivering impactful training sessions on TA content.
  • Consult with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to stay abreast of talent landscapes in different locations, understanding talent implications arising from business shifts and current hiring trends, metrics, and challenges.
  • Implement proactive and real-time sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates promptly, leveraging research and a range of resources creatively.
  • Screen, identify, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
  • Foster strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure efficient staffing processes.
  • Promote Inclusion and Diversity by integrating education, targeted sourcing practices, and goals into the recruitment process.
  • Engage in recruitment projects aimed at continuous improvement, driving time and cost savings to enhance the candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Maintain data integrity in varied Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Facilitate job requisitions, offers, requisition management and manage relocations when necessary.
  • Support effective and efficient application and pre-employment experience for candidates.
  • Support market expansion pre-employment status updates.
  • Specialize in high-volume recruitment support. (managing over 150 requisitions concurrently).
  • Perform administrative or other tasks within ATS or other HRIS related systems and tools.
  • Perform administrative duties aligned to TA support of the business.
  • Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a high-volume and decentralized organization.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$84,000.00 - $132,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. 

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
