Responsibilities

As a Senior Clinical Recruiter, you will identify, attract, and place top-tier healthcare talent, including physicians and advanced practice practitioners.

 

  • Employ proactive and strategic sourcing techniques to identify and engage with highly qualified physicians and advanced practitioners across various specialties.
  • Utilize a variety of channels, including AI, job boards, social media, networking events, conferences, and referrals to build robust candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and fit.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Directors and Regional Stakeholders to understand practice dynamics and effectively communicate them to potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships, providing guidance, support, and personalized career opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from the first contact to hire.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5-7 years of previous physician recruiting experience
  • Solid understanding of clinical specialties, licensure requirements, and industry-specific terminology.
  • Proven record in successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring clinicians within healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with candidates and effectively manage operational stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
