Responsibilities


  • Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our internal support systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues when necessary and ensure resolution for clients.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction post-resolution.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of support documentation and FAQs for both customers and staff.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to recommend improvements to services.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems and software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
