Senior Recruiter - Soul Equity Solutions (Remote)

Key Responsibilities: 




  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement. 




  • Source and Identify Top Talent: Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiterflow, and cold outreach.




  • Screen Candidates for Technical and Cultural Fit: Conduct in-depth screening interviews via Zoom to assess the candidate’s background, technical experience, and executive presence. Review and assess applicant resumes.  




  • Build and Manage Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple active searches. Assess applicant resumes. 




  • Create Recruitment Outreach Content: Responsible for writing client JD’s, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, etc. 




  • Coordinate and Schedule Interviews: Arrange interviews between candidates and our clients, manage logistics, and ensure a smooth interview process. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, guiding them through each stage of the recruitment process. 




  • Support The Firm’s Business Development Efforts: Drive business development through strategically marketing high-caliber candidates to prospective clients, fostering new client relationships and driving revenue growth. 




  • Participate in Networking Opportunities: Represent the firm at ACG and other industry events, leveraging networking opportunities to build relationships with prospective candidates and clients. 




  • Optimize Candidate Database Management: Maintain our database (Recruiterflow) with candidate and client updates, ensuring accurate data management and improving efficiency in sourcing and recruitment processes. 




  • Additional duties as assigned 




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s Degree




  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in full-cycle recruitment within talent acquisition/executive search within private equity, investment banking, or financial services




  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates 




  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously




  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities 




  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset 




  • Exceptional attention to detail




  • Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and Boolean search strings 




  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 




  • Must be self-motivated, have the ability to work in both a team setting and independently, and have a strong sense of initiative




  • Great attitude, engaging personality, fun, friendly, warm, proactive learner
