The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will be responsible for securing exceptional talent and managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for our IT department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet staffing needs.
- Network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employees to find potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires and providing a positive candidate experience.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process.
Desired Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of the IT sector and current recruitment trends.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Masterβs degree in HR or a related field.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR.
- Prior recruitment experience in a tech company.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Experience with conducting technical and behavioral assessments.
