ZigZag is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team!
What you'll do:
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Analyse financial statements for discrepancies and other issues
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Understanding of the accounting cycle and how all elements affect the financial movement of the entity
What you’ll need:
- Experience with computerized ledger systems – preferably Xero and MYOB
- With experience is BAS and Australian Taxation
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in an accounting firm would be greatly beneficial
- Ability to pick up processes quickly
- This role should be open to do bookkeeping work if required
