Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Sales and Agency Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, technical skills, and a passion for customer service helping clients leave a legacy for their families.  The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, excel in multitasking, and have a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Sales:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the company’s insurance products and services.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through effective lead generation strategies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records.

Agency Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates to join the insurance agency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, fostering trust and enthusiasm about agency opportunities.
  • Guide recruits through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the team.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to identify and address staffing needs and growth opportunities.

Leadership and Team Building:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales agents and recruiters to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members’ technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Act as a go-to resource for team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Technical and Multitasking Proficiency:

  • Navigate multiple applications and tools to manage client data, recruitment activities, and sales processes efficiently.
  • Use CRM, ATS, and insurance-specific platforms to track progress and ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve workflows and customer experiences.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, agency recruitment, or a similar field (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing remote teams a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and work efficiently in a tech-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask without compromising quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
