Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and other software tools.
Verify and validate data for completeness and correctness.
Maintain and organize digital records and files.
Review data for discrepancies and correct errors as needed.
Assist in data cleaning and organizing data sets for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry meets company standards and deadlines.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with care and integrity.
Respond to data-related inquiries and requests from internal teams.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associateβs degree preferred but not required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of data entry software and tools is a plus but not required.
Comfortable with working on a computer for extended periods.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Familiarity with database management systems.
