Remote Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical individual with a strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources including client cases, legal research, and website traffic to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to track important metrics and KPIs for the firm

- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to the team and stakeholders

- Collaborate with the legal team to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Develop and implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency of data

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the legal or professional services industry

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics

- Knowledge of coding and database languages (SQL, R, Python) is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders

- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
