What you will do
As the Regional HVAC Strategic National Account Manager, you will achieve significant growth by driving the development and channel expansion of independent distribution partners that allow Ducted Systems to achieve sales, margin and market share goals consistent with the strategic plan within the Champion brand for Residential and Commercial HVAC products in the Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee territories.

How you will do it
Manage and develop distributor relationships to effectively plan, develop, negotiate and increase revenue, profitability and market share targets assigned.
Work with independent distributors to align on growth objectives and key action drivers to deliver on mutual sales growth.
Apply sales tools (i.e., Salesforce, Logility, Power BI) to develop and monitor strategic plans and activities within assigned independent distributor accounts to execute and manage performance.
Implement the “Market Playbook” within the assigned geographic territory and its’ current market and business performance and develop a Distributor sales strategy consistent with the Ducted Systems Products strategic plan for all market segments: Add-on Replacement, Over-the-Counter Commercial Products and Residential New Construction Parts and Supplies through Source 1 Indoor Air Quality Strategy and Products.
Provide monthly product forecasts to enable supply chain and production efficiencies.
Use the distribution scorecard to facilitate performance expectations with independent distribution principles on a quarterly basis and implement performance management activities should they become necessary.
Collaborate with internal resources using a consultative selling approach to determine customer needs, develop support plans and implement programs that provide a range of customer service offerings to develop and grow distributors to meet profitability targets.
What we look for
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of HVAC Sales experience OR Associate degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of HVAC Sales experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing and managing Distributor/Contractor sales relationships.
Ability to travel a minimum of 75%.
Prior experience and a proven track record of successfully working remotely showcasing strong self-discipline and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
Advanced proficiency using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proven ability to solve practical problems, develop long-term solutions and effectively communicate resolutions to customers.
Disciplined self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to relate to people at all levels communicating both on a technical and non-technical basis.
Demonstrated, verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding presentation skills and experience facilitating one on one and group presentations.
Preferred:
Master’s degree.
