What's the Role?
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join us on a contract basis as we ramp up our hiring efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping us 10x our recruiting efforts for partner clients by identifying and engaging with candidates, guiding them through the interview process, and working collaboratively with Hiring Managers and the broader Recruiting team.
Building candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing efforts, job postings, and events.
Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics for sourcing, screens, and accepted offers.
Creating, engaging, and nurturing a network of talent in the United States.
Conducting initial screens with sales talent and working closely with them throughout the interview process.
Consulting with greater recruiting team and hiring managers on changes or improvements to the interview process to ensure the best results and conversions.
Advertising jobs, screening applicants, following up appropriately, and managing external platforms and communications.
Scheduling interviews and tracking everything accurately in various Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Ashby, and Greenhouse).
Communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process to provide updates, make sure nothing slips through the cracks, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a demonstrated track record of achieving success in professional and personal pursuits.
Be able to understand the talent landscape and have experience recruiting for high volume outbound talent.
Have experience recruiting for an early-stage company that is still in the process of building brand awareness.
Are proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technologies.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Embody a strong sense of urgency and have high levels of attention to detail.
Are a strong storyteller with the ability to communicate the companyโs vision and mission.
Have the desire to help build something from the ground up!
