Our client is a well-established and growing Commercial Real Estate Organization and they are looking to hire a property accountant and a development accountant asap.

Salary for the Property Accountant: Base salary is up to $70k-$85k +/-, plus bonus and excellent benefits
Salary for the Development Accountant Base Salary up to $85k +/- plus bonus and excellent benefits

Property Accountant:

• In this role, you will handle all the monthly accounting for a portfolio including
• Processing AP/AR and payroll, Performing CAM Reconciliations
• Preparing the 3-page investor report monthly for assigned properties (Spreadsheet, Bank Statement, Leasing Updates)

Requirements:

-BS in Accounting
-CAM Reconciliation experience
-MRI OR Yardi Software
