About the Role
You will serve as a consultant, providing effective HR guidance and support to the team. You will serve as trusted guide to employees and teams by providing exceptional service within the business.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with our Recruitment, Talent, Learning and Development, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards and Employee Relations teams to address their goals
Drive & support initiatives to build and maintain a diverse & inclusive community
Developing, implementing, & supporting HR-related strategies & initiatives for the business which support Elsevier's people strategy and priorities
Serving as a consultative business partner advising on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to business unit leaders.
Organizing and facilitating the Talent Review process ensuring effective succession planning and talent pipelining
Requirements:
Have solid experience as a General HR Business Partner
Possess excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills at all levels of an organization
Have the desire to develop and progress in your role and grow with your team
Be a motivated self-starter with a passion for talent management and career development
Show attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills, and work well under pressure and deadlines.
Enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver successful projects and initiatives
