This will be a temporary position working during the summer of 2025. This role will be primarily remote with occasional onsite travel required - must reside within MCHS service area.
Preference will be given to candidates with an accounting or finance background.
JOB SUMMARY
The I.T. Intern- works under the Team Lead or other senior personnel and is involved with many phases of the development process. This individual assist with developing, building, implementing, and maintaining information systems for patient care, financial, clinical, insurance, infrastructure, network, data warehouse, research and ancillary areas.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: Student working toward a bachelor’s degree or recent graduate of a program in a Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Applied Math, Management Information Systems, or Web Development major with available "for credit" intern arrangements.
Preferred/Optional: High grades or other evidence of academic success. Experience with programming training. Knowledge of C++, C#, or other object-oriented programming language.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred/Optional: Experience with personal computers with Microsoft operating systems.
