Instructional Designers / Trainer
A seasoned Instructional Designer and Trainer with extensive experience in developing,
designing, and delivering comprehensive training programs across various enterprise resource
planning (ERP) applications, including Oracle. Expertise in HR, Payroll, Asset Management, and
Finance systems, with a proven track record in managing and executing large-scale training
initiatives both in-person and virtually.
Key Skills:
Expert in designing and implementing instructional materials, including job aids, user guides, and training manuals tailored to ERP applications.
Proficient in conducting end-user training sessions, both live and remote, for modules such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),
Accounts Receivable (AR), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
Experienced in developing multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and demonstration models to enhance learning experiences.
Adept at managing the change impact of training programs at all organizational levels.
Certified in key ERP systems, including Oracle UPK, Odyssey Court Management Suite, and others.
Extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, with certifications in PMP, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma.
