Job Description:

The Healthcare Recruiter II is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.

Job Duties:

  • Establishes and builds working relationships with hiring managers that center around building trust and leverages these partnerships to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs.
  • Develops compelling job posting / Marketing descriptions that are clear, concise and free from spelling and grammatical errors and differentiates Baptist from our competitors by living up to our faith-based values.  
  • Reviews all candidates and immediately disqualifies those who do not meet the minimum qualifications and contacts candidates who meet qualifications and validates their employment history, valid licensure (if applicable), current compensation and best dates to interview. 
  • Submits qualified screened candidates to the Hiring Manager and follows up within 24-48 hours to obtain feedback on candidate’s qualifications.
  • Serves as a liaison between the Hiring Manager and Candidate answering questions regarding application process, job requirements and job responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • 3-6 Years of direct HR/Recruitment experience either in a Corporate or Staffing Agency setting.  

Preferred Requirements:

  • Recent healthcare recruiting experience highly preferred
