The Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Video Editor to join our team, sitting within the Performance Marketing pod on our Growth team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Creative, this individual will serve as the driving force behind our advertising creative production, collaborating closely with both the Growth and Brand teams to develop high-performing creative assets and bring innovative video concepts to life. 

In this role, you will create, edit, and iterate on video and graphic ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, and other paid advertising platforms, while directly contributing to the success of a multi-million-dollar paid social operation. You’ll work with our Senior Manager, Performance Creative to develop high-performing creative assets that fuel our most prominent ad campaigns. You’ll receive guidance and insights from the Growth team and other key stakeholders to help you hone your craft and make a significant impact on our growth.

Who You Are: 
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a strong creative eye and a passion for video editing and graphic design. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and take a proactive, autonomous approach to your work. You excel at editing paid social videos, static images, and GIFs, ensuring all assets align with brand standards and perform effectively on platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Your expertise in post-production video editing and motion graphics, particularly for consumer-facing brands, equips you to elevate our advertising creative. You’re skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and balancing technical precision with creative innovation. You communicate clearly, offer ideas for optimizations, and are always looking for ways to improve workflows and deliver impactful, high-quality creative assets.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Graphic Design

  • Edit and deliver high-quality video assets optimized for paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and video templates for review and proofing.
  • Retouch, resize, and organize files for paid social campaigns.
  • Provide graphic design support for growth channels, including static image or GIF creation.

Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across edits, including proper formatting, timing, and visual alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Audit and maintain continuity across all creative assets, ensuring cohesive brand representation.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Collaborate with Senior Manager, Performance Creative to provide clear delivery timelines and feedback edits.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • 2+ years of experience as a video editor or in a similar creative production role
  • 1+ year(s) of experience producing creative assets for paid social channels.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Proficient in motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing.
  • Prior experience with performance marketing and a strong understanding of how creative assets drive campaign success and support business objectives are highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of video editing workflows, optimization for paid social platforms, and best practices for Meta, TikTok, and other advertising channels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a sharp eye for quality control in video and design.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks; proactive and autonomous in day-to-day work.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional team environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Miro, and Figma is a plus.
  • Experience working with UGC creatives and editing raw content into finalized creator ads
  • Prior experience in a DTC company or with performance-driven creative is highly preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this role ​is $75,000 - $85,000 - Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining the base pay at offer, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
