Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team and partner with our wealth management, tax, and business development departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from role initiation and market mapping to offer negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with financial services leaders to enhance and implement effective hiring practices. Focus on attracting and screening top talent for roles such as wealth advisors, accountants, and business development leaders.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews efficiently and maintain the accuracy of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, to ensure an organized and up-to-date recruitment process.

  • Job Descriptions: Develop and update job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements and attract suitable candidates.

  • Candidate Experience: Work closely with the HR team to design exceptional candidate interview and onboarding experiences, ensuring a positive and engaging journey for all candidates.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

  • Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs through networking, talent mapping, and proactive outreach.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably as an in-house recruiter.

  • Financial Services Focus: 1-2 years of experience recruiting for financial services roles, including wealth management and tax positions. (This is required for this position)

  • ATS Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with internal ATS systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby.

  • Leadership Collaboration: Proven track record of working directly with leadership team members or hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

  • Market Insight: Experience in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Reporting Skills: Ability to generate and interpret recruitment reports and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Bonus: Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices are compliant.
