Executive Assistant

Title: Executive Assistant to EVP, Strategy + Development & SVP, Head of Sales

Reporting to: SVP, Head of Sales

Classification: Full-time 

Location: Remote in New York, NY

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 / year

Wave Sports + Entertainment is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to join the WSE Sales Team.  The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, maintain monthly expense reports, and coordinate travel arrangements. 
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items. Ensure follow-up on key discussions and decisions.
• Project Assistance: Assist with various sales-related projects, including preparing reports and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.
• Event Planning: Coordinate and support events, conferences, and team-building activities. Manage logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and guest lists.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department’s operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• A sports fan
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

*This role is a full-time position with a base salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 / year and may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity. Actual salary at the time of offer may vary based on multiple factors, including an individual's experience level and qualifications. Physical Requirements + Work Environment

• Capacity to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery and hardware.
• The ability to communicate and exchange information clearly and accurately. 
• Work is sedentary and involves sitting for the majority of work hours.
• Able to work full-time M-F and nights and weekends as needed.

• The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and work is performed in a business office environment.
• The worker may be exposed to variable lighting conditions (brightness or darkness) and noise during production when in the office.
