Christianity Today’s Leadership Resources exists to help pastors and church leaders to live more Christ-centered, effective lives as a result of the stories we tell and the ideas we share—and equip them to lead more meaningfully.
The CT Pastors Editorial Director should be someone well acquainted with the resource needs of pastors and church leaders and can lead the charge in what Christianity Today (CT) conveys to pastors and how we serve them, while being instrumental in shaping the voice of CT Pastors. This person will be in touch with the heartbeat of the conversations happening within the church and can equip pastors to be ready for those conversations before they even begin. With this profile in mind, this person will strengthen pastors in their calling by planning, assigning, editing and writing content that encompasses proven wisdom and practical tools—for CT Pastors and print mediums.
