ABOUT THE POSITION




BrightFire is seeking a passionate full-time Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This entry-level position has a high level of visibility as you will be a customer-facing digital marketing consultant. You’ll be responsible for the onboarding and management of new clients for the following digital marketing services: Social Media Marketing, Reviews & Reputation Management, and Local Listings Management services.  




The ideal candidate for this role has digital marketing experience across multiple channels, a customer service or account management background, and exceptional communication skills.




This position is remote. 




RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS




General





  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients during onboarding for our digital marketing services. This includes coordinating meetings that include additional team members such as visual designers or other Digital Marketing Strategists.

  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and all aspects of onboarding through completion and service launch.

  • Conduct all client communications in a professional and timely manner to keep the projects on schedule and make sure clients are up-to-date on the status of their project.

  • Monitor and support with timely communication internally throughout the onboarding process.

  • Identify overall onboarding process improvements and share observations.




Local Listings Management Onboarding & Support





  • Work with new customers to claim and brand their key aggregator and citation listings.

  • Monitor and maintain key aggregator and citation listings.

  • Remove duplicate aggregator and citation listings.




Reviews & Reputation Management Onboarding & Support





  • Work with new customers to claim and brand their review network listings.

  • Assist customers with Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey campaigns.

  • Consult customers on how to best handle negative reviews.




Social Media Marketing Onboarding & Support





  • Setup and customize client social media accounts.

  • Analyze social media campaigns and make recommendations for changes.

  • Setup content social media content calendar.

  • Assist clients with custom social media posts or campaigns.




QUALIFICATIONS





  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients.

  • Project management and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • You can explain complex issues in simple terms.

  • Must be personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role.

  • A friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.

  • Knowledge of common internet technologies.

  • Takes ownership of projects, processes, and client satisfaction.

  • Experienced with a remote environment.

  • Experience with Google G Suite or Microsoft Office.
