We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analyst to join our Operations Command Center (OCC). This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence and seamless interoperability across various systems, with a strong emphasis on integrations. As part of the OCC team, you will monitor, analyze, and optimize data flows to ensure efficient and accurate communication between internal systems and external partners. You will play a key role in troubleshooting data issues, enhancing integration capabilities, and contributing to overall operational performance.

Essential Job Duties

    • Data Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor data flows and system integrations to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve anomalies or discrepancies in real time.
    • Interoperability Enhancement: Ensure systems and applications within the organization and with external partners are effectively communicating, sharing data, and integrating as designed.
    • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to integrations and operations, delivering insights and reports to stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
    • Issue Resolution: Work closely with the integration engineering and operations teams to resolve any data integration issues, ensuring seamless communication and minimal downtime.
    • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing data flows and propose optimizations to enhance integration performance and data quality.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, product development, and external partners to ensure successful data exchanges and integrations.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration workflows, data mappings, issue resolutions, and process improvements.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

    • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on systems integration or interoperability.
    • Strong knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and data pipeline optimization. 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues.
    • Experience in a fast-paced operations or command center environment is a plus.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Preferred Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data querying and scripting languages.
    • Experience with EDI, X12, or HL7 standards for interoperability.
    • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data integration in cloud environments.
    • Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards for real-time data analysis (e.g., Datadog).
    • Experience working with APIs, ETL tools, and integration platforms (e.g., EDI, Mirth.).
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $80,000-90,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
